Addio v1.2 released! Cazzarola!!

This version contains a few changes:

• NEW wound rules gives you a slender second chance if you've failed to escape from troops.
• Numbers tweaked slightly to make the game a little less punishing (if you now find it too easy, let me know and / or switch back to v1.1)
• A bit of added flavour text to the locations
• Section for rules clarifications
• NEW variants (five of them!) add for replayability, which modify / slightly break the base game in interesting ways.
