Doomscroll: Meerkat Edition

A dinky desktop damocles. A pint-sized, pixellated Poe pendulum. 

A very simple goal: don't scroll down too much, or that cute little meerkat will meet a surprisingly gory death.

Notes:

•  I haven't tested it on Linux. Let me know if it doesn't work in some way.
• There are some annoying visual glitches due to the way Windows handles rendering/updating mouse passthroughs. I may consider disabling it in the future, but it'll mean more of the screen won't be clickable.
• Don't hurt animals
